THE CATALYST PROGRAM
Management Development Seminar

Catalyst is a three day training and development program that meets twice a year in the spring and fall, in Hilton Head, South Carolina. All Catalysy participants are invited by one of our associates.

The program includes training and development in the following areas:

• Personal development – self knowledge and getting more out of yourself.

• Learning a model for effectively managing, supervising and leading others.

• Strategic Planning.

• Leadership, Management, and Supervision.

• Organizational Goal Setting Process.

• Personal Goal Setting.

• Working as a team, an experiential approach as members work together on an issue important to one or more of the participants in the program.
