"Performance Improvement: Making It Happen"

Dr. Enos, President of Achievement Associates of St. Louis, has numerous publications
to his credit. His second book "Performance Improvement: Making It Happen" was initially published by St. Lucie Press, copyright 2000 by CRC Press LLC.

This book, and it's second edition, contains many specific performance improvement action plans based on Achievement Associate St. Louis' work with dozens of various types of organizations; for profit, non-profit, manufacturing, health care and service organizations. These action plans are also refered to as "established programs".

An expanded and updated edition of this book was published by Auerbach Publications, Taylor & Francis Group in 2007.
